What is required to receive automatic browser definition updates?

To receive automatic browser definitions requires that you have the BrowserHawk BDF Service running on your machines that have BrowserHawk installed. This can be run either as a system service (recommended) or as a minimized desktop application.
The BDF Service is included only in the Professional and Enterprise Editions. Therefore you will need one of these editions to be able to get automatic updates.
In addition to having the Professional or Enterprise Edition, your Support and Maintenance must be current, otherwise the software will not download updates.
