Why is BrowserHawk detecting Netscape 6.1 as version 0.9.2 and Netscape 6.2 as 0.9.4?

Proper detection of Netscape 6.1 and higher requires an updated BDF from cyScape. If you are experiencing this problem then your BDF is out of date.
For reasons such as this, it is very important to make sure your BDF is kept up to date.
If you have downloaded the latest BDF update and are still experiencing this issue, then the BDF update was not installed correctly - contact support@cyscape.com for further assistance.
Assuming you have the Professional or Enterprise Edition of BrowserHawk and your Support and Maintenance is current, you can set BrowserHawk up to automatically download and install updated BDF files from cyScape.
Search this Knowledgebase for information on how to download updated BDF files and how to configure BrowserHawk to download these automatically.
