TimeZoneDiff property off by -1
Created: 11/15/2001    Updated: 11/15/2001
Q   The TimeZoneDiff property is off by -1. For example, when testing between machines in the same time zone it returns -1 instead of 0. Likewise when testing between EST and PST it returns -4 instead of -3.

A   This is an issue with BrowserHawk ActiveX/COM versions prior to 5.03. The TimeZoneDiff property works as expected during Daylight Savings Time, but during Standard Time it is off by -1.

To resolve this issue, download BrowserHawk 5.03, which is a free upgrade for all registered users of BrowserHawk 5.x and will work with any existing 5.0 license key.
