When I call the test for RealPlayer some users receiving the following error message: document.BHRP.GetVersionInfo is not a function.

This message can occur with Netscape/Mozilla browsers that have older versions of the RealPlayer G2 plug-in installed. These older versions of the player do not properly support our detection of the version number.
This issue has been resolved in BrowserHawk 6.01 ActiveX/COM and BrowserHawk4J 6.0. To resolve the issue upgrade your software to the latest version of BrowserHawk or remove the BrowserHawk test for RealPlayer from your code.
